Can we just take a moment to appreciate this packaging? Tarte's packaging for this years holiday sets are perfection. *cough cough* I may or may not have been sucked in because of it...
This set comes with 16 full-sized Amazonian clay eyeshadows, 4 full-sized Amazonian clay blushes, 3 deluxe maracuja lip glosses, 1 deluxe lights, camera, lashes mascara, and 1 portable compact. This palette has a value of $410 and is retailed for $48. Forty-eight dollars! That's saving $362 right there!
Still. Can. Not. Get. Over. The. Packaging. GAHHH
On the top section, there is the portable compact, the three glosses (in Paris, Cannes, and Nice), and the mascara. I have never tried any of the products that are included in this palette so this is a nice introduction to Tarte! JUST LOOK AT THAT MINI PALETTE THOUGH! THE MINT AND THE PEARLS AND THE QUILTING.
The bottom has all the eyeshadows and the four blushes. The shadows are all neutral and the colors are gorgeous. I wouldn't say that the formulation of these shadows blew me away but they are still very good shadows. They are not as buttery as some other shadows I own but still have great pigmentation and easy blend-ability. There are 8 matte/satin finishes and 8 shimmer finishes.
The four blushes (Irresistible, Envisioned, Limitless, and Intrigue) are all limited edition I believe. (Don't quote me on that...) Two are shimmery blushes and two are matte.
And the best part is this fun little feature. The palette they give you is empty and you can pop in whichever eyeshadow palette you want. The palette and the eyeshadows are magnetic which prevent the eyeshadows from falling out.
Pros
- Pretty packaging
- Amazing value
- Good eyeshadows (I haven't tried the glosses or the mascara yet but I'll post an update when I do!)
- Portable palette feature
- Sturdy packaging
- And again.... PRETTY PACKAGING
Cons

- Hard to store
