FOOD DIARY | Lasagna Rolls


Helllloooooo! Long time no see! I spent my day making this lasagna with a ricotta, mushroom, chicken, mozzarella, and basil filling.  Over the top was a store-bought pasta sauce with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese. I prefer these rolls rather than the traditional pasta that you have to cut up because they are easier to serve since it is individualized (is that a word?).  Also, they are so much cuter!
