Hellloooooooo! Today I made some farfalle pasta in a cream sauce with mushroom and tomato. I used Japanese shimeji mushrooms which I was not sure about since I didn't know if it would go with the taste of the cream sauce and the pasta. But it did! I added some green onions to give nice color and crisp texture with a light onion-y kick. Overall I think it was a pretty successful dish!
