FOOD DIARY | Doenjang Jigae (된장 찌개)


Hey guys! Since its starting to get chilly where I live, I love to make some hot soup to warm me up.  After school today, I got home and made some doenjang jigae which is a Korean soup that is made using soybean paste. This is definitely not an accurate or traditional way of making the soup but I just put in a bunch of ingredients I had in the fridge and it was SO GOOD. The warm soup eaten with rice on a chilly day is the best feeling ever!
